Pitco SRTE14-GM Description
Corrosion resistant and simple to clean, the Pitco SRTE14-GM electric rethermalizer features a primarily stainless steel construction. Its tank is welded with a smooth peened finish to further streamline cleaning, and a scrubbing brush is included. The tank is equipped with a hinged cover to preserve water vapor. To expedite water removal, it's fitted with a 1-inch NPT full-port drain valve. This unit is ideal for institutions that reheat large batches of product prior to serving, such as educational facilities or hospitals.
The Pitco SRTE14-GM rethermalizer is built with a 16 1⁄2-gallon water tank and measures 16 1⁄8 inches wide by 35 7⁄32 inches deep by 46 1⁄16 inches high overall. To account for bumpy or sloped flooring, its 6-inch legs are adjustable. It features an automatic water fill with a bypass switch and tri-element stainless heaters for reliable performance. To streamline operation, this unit is equipped with digital controls, a tank overfill protection feature, and a temperature limit switch that prevents overheating.
