Groen HY-10SE-36 Description
The Groen HY-10SE-36 HyPlus™ pressureless steamer is an electric, high-volume unit designed to deliver consistent steam cooking for commercial kitchens. Constructed of durable stainless steel, this model features two independent cooking compartments, each accommodating five full-size hotel pans. A boiler-based steam generator provides reliable steam production, while side-mounted blowers ensure even steam distribution for uniform cooking. The unit is housed in a 36-inch-wide cabinet base, providing additional stability and storage space.
Equipped with manual controls, the Groen HY-10SE-36 steamer features individual 60-minute timers with a constant steam setting for each cavity. The insulated, field-reversible doors are designed with an easy-open latch and a hidden magnetic switch, which automatically stops steam flow when opened. A built-in drip sink with a condensate drain is positioned under the doors to manage excess moisture. Engineered for durability and efficiency, this steamer is an excellent choice for restaurants, institutional kitchens, and catering operations requiring high-capacity steam cooking.
