American Metalcraft STONE15 Description
The American Metalcraft STONE15 pizza baking stone is made of ceramic, which evenly distributes heat as its porous surface absorbs moisture to create a crisp crust. Before the stone is used, it should be placed in a cool oven and preheated for 15 to 20 minutes. It should only be washed by hand and should be cooled completely before it is placed in cold water. With its 15-inch diameter, this stone is excellent for making large pizzas.

Review this product!
Disappointed
I bought this to help get a crispy crust on pizza and Lavosh cracker bread, but have not found it to be any help at all. And...it's really too big for the oven. I have to push it past the oven rack at the back to even get the door closed.
Split in half after few times of use
One broke in the oven after few times of use even with increasing and decreasing the temp gradually.
Broke first time used
Broke in half first time I used it. Made great pizza till it broke. I made two pizzas broke on the second one.
