American Metalcraft ITP1722 Description
The American Metalcraft ITP1722 pizza peel is 43 inches long, overall, to help employees place pizzas in an oven. It's made of aluminum, so it's durable and corrosion resistant; to bake crusts evenly, it's highly heat conductive. This unit can't be washed in a dishmachine. Great for use with extra-large pizzas, the blade measures 17 1⁄2 inches long by 18 1⁄2 inches wide.
