American Metalcraft DD5703 Description
The American Metalcraft DD5703 dough docker creates tiny holes in the dough to prevent bubbling and blistering during baking. It can be used for thick dough since the pins are 7⁄8 inch long. The pins spin on individual wheels, which makes it easy to replace a wheel when its pins are damaged. The stainless steel axle provides durability for heavy use.
