American Metalcraft CC12F Description
The American Metalcraft CC12F china cap strainer is made of 18/8 stainless steel to prevent warping and weakening. The 12-inch-diameter by 12-inch-high cone handles large quantities, and its fine mesh with 1⁄16-inch perforations removes seeds, skins, and solids to produce smooth results. Measuring 22 inches long, the strainer has a permanently welded handle that provides leverage and reach over deep pots, while the band and clip secure the cone for hands-free draining.
