The American Metalcraft 6412 pizza peel's blade is made of aluminum—a thin metal that can slide beneath finished crusts more easily than wood or composite peels. Its rectangular blade measures 12 inches by 14 inches and can support a medium or large pizza. Its long wooden handle enables users to reach into deep-deck ovens safely; the peel measures 64 inches long overall. To lengthen this unit's service life, it should be washed by hand only.
