American Metalcraft 4218 Description
The American Metalcraft 4218 pizza peel should only be washed by hand. Its tapered edges allow the peel to easily slide under dough when removing pizza from the oven. Constructed of wood, the peel has a traditional appearance and will not change flavors. It has a 42-inch overall length with a blade measurement of 18 inches long by 18 inches wide.
