Accucold EL21LT Description
For unobstructed loading, the Accucold EL21LT laboratory chest freezer is designed with counterbalanced hinges that enable the lid to remain open past 45 degrees. Capable of operating as low as -49 degrees Fahrenheit, it's suitable for storing sensitive materials that require especially cold conditions. Operators can adjust these levels between -49 and 14 degrees using electronic controls and monitor them on an external display. This unit features a white exterior, blending in with medical and laboratory settings.
To optimize chill retention, the Accucold EL21LT medical freezer is built with extra-thick insulation. It features an access port, through which users can connect their own monitoring equipment, and is mounted on casters to facilitate transportation. It uses environmentally friendly R290a refrigerant and requires a manual defrost. Offering 8.1 cubic feet of interior space, this unit measures 41 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄4 inches deep by 33 1⁄2 inches high.
