poorly sized lid/missing parts
Product arrived missing the bottle rail and two set screws.We are still waiting for resolution after a nonproductive call to Katom that was forwarded to the manufacturer's outsourced call center. Lid is oversized for the unit, will not slide, and will require modifications on our end if/when the bottle rail situation is resolved. Will likely return item.
