To mix, whip, and knead various ingredients and withstand high-volume use, the Varimixer V20KT 20-quart commercial mixer features a powerful 1-horsepower motor with mixing speeds ranging from 64 to 353 RPMs and hub speeds between 57 and 314 RPM. Its high-torque transmission has grease-lubricated, anti-friction ball bearings and a permanently lubricated planetary head to withstand high-volume use. Operators can adjust the speed, modify the timer, and initiate an emergency stop with the tilted control panel. For user safety, its interlock mechanism powers the machine down if the bowl is lowered or the bowl screen is tilted.
This tabletop Varimixer V20KT commercial mixer measures 22.90 inches wide by 27.88 inches deep by 31 inches high and boasts a smooth, simple-to-clean stainless steel frame that resists rust, corrosion, and wear to endure rigorous use. To enable cleaning beneath the unit and stabilize it on irregular surfaces, its legs are height adjustable. This mixer includes a 20-quart stainless steel bowl, stainless steel dough hook, stainless steel flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, and silicone ingredient chute insert; for simple cleanup, the stainless steel components are dishwasher safe. A clear food-grade polycarbonate safety screen is secured above the bowl with magnets for quick attachment and removal, and it allows users to add ingredients into the filling tray during mixing. To secure the mixing bowl in place, operators can simply raise or lower the bowl with the corresponding ergonomic side lever.
