Cambro UPC160110 Description
Made for top loading, the Cambro UPC160110 commercial food carrier can hold one full-size pan or multiple fractional pans measuring 6 inches deep. This piece of equipment has an approximate capacity of 20 quarts, and it can hold optimal temperatures for as long as 4 hours: 167.1 to 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit for hot product or 33.5 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit for cold product. Its four molded-in handles promote comfortable carrying.
The Cambro UPC160110 insulated food carrier maintains temperatures with its four nylon latches and airtight gasket. To extend the unit's service lifetime, the latches won't rust, and the gasket can be removed for cleaning. This piece of equipment's self-venting design helps release steam and equalize pressure. It can be stacked with Camcarriers to optimize storage, and to streamline cleaning, the food carrier is safe for dishmachine use.
