Cambro UC500401 Description
Intended for front-of-house use, the Cambro UC500401 Ultra Camtainer® insulated beverage dispenser has a large, recessed spigot that accommodates various cup heights and widths. After use, it doesn’t drip to prevent product waste and messes. It measures 11 3⁄4 inches wide by 16 3⁄4 inches deep by 26 5⁄8 inches high and holds 5 1⁄4 gallons, roughly (96) 7-ounce servings of hot or cold beverages. Made of double-wall, high-density polyethylene with a seamless design, this unit resists scratches and dents and includes self-adhesive drink labels for quick identification.
The Cambro UC500401 insulated beverage carrier can be transported with its comfortable E-Z grip molded-in handles. Users can easily open and close the nylon over-center latch that covers the top lid, and the latch’s sealing properties help retain temperatures. An external heating source isn’t required for this unit because it has polyurethane foam insulation, which keeps beverages within a few degrees of their initial temperatures throughout a 4-hour timespan. To preserve product quality, a pop-up vent equalizes pressure and expels steam buildup.
