Wide with an ergonomic, molded-in thumb rest, the handle on this Cambro SPOP13CW110 Camwear® deli spoon is comfortable to grip. This utensil has a perforated bowl, draining excess liquid from served food, and its notched back rests securely against the side of serving bowls, crocks, and other containers. Made of polycarbonate, the spoon is more economical and bend resistant than metal. It also doesn't tarnish easily and can be washed in commercial dishmachines. After cleanup, the spoon can be conveniently stored with its hanging hole.
