Made of clear polycarbonate, the Cambro SPOP11CW135 Camwear® deli spoon is durable and matches other serving utensils on buffet lines. This dishwasher-safe plastic is an economical alternative to traditional options, resisting tarnishing, denting, and bending more effectively than metal. Because it has a perforated bowl, this spoon can be used to drain excess liquid off food. Its wide handle is comfortable to hold with an ergonomic thumb grip, and the notched back securely rests on the side of crocks and serving bowls. After it's used and cleaned, the spoon can be hung in storage from its built-in hole.
