This material won't bend, dent, or tarnish, and it comes in black to blend in with other serving utensils. Its solid bowl is made without slots or perforations, and the wide handle provides a comfortable, ergonomic grip. Because the back of this 8 1⁄8-inch-long spoon is notched, it secures to the edge of containers to prevent it from slipping into food. After service, it can be sanitized in a commercial dishwasher and stored with its hanging hole.
