Cambro PCU800HC615 Description
To store cold cut meat or cheese trays and fried chicken simultaneously, the PCU800HC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier has one cold compartment and one hot compartment. The cold module uses thermoelectric cooling technology to eliminate the need for a compressor; cold temperatures are adjustable between 32 1⁄2 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot module uses effective non-radiant heat to create temperatures between 70 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Both modules feature a touchscreen and a digital solar thermometer so operators can view and adjust internal conditions in Celsius or Fahrenheit. When this unit is unplugged, its CFC-free foamed-in polyurethane insulation maintains temperatures for 4 hours.

Items are secured by the stainless steel hinged door, which shuts with paddle-style latches and secures with hands-free magnetic door catches.
