The Cambro ICS175LB131 SlidingLid™ ice caddy has a 175-pound capacity to support large storage and transport applications from the back of house to the front of house. Durable to support indoor and outdoor conditions, this unit is made of polyethylene—a material that resists rusting, breaking, chipping, and denting. It has a slanted top with a convenient, slide-back lid and foam insulation to prevent fast melting. As ice does melt, the drain shelf keeps ice out of the water to slow melting. Operators can drain off excess water as needed through the front-mounted faucet.
