Cambro HBR712151 Description
Prep and display dishes, bowls, pots, and pans can be placed in the Cambro HBR712151 Camrack® base rack's 8 1⁄8-inch-tall compartment, which features an open design to encourage water and soap circulation. The rack's closed exterior walls protect stored contents from contaminants, such as airborne particulates. To withstand repeated use in a commercial warewasher, it's made of durable, chemical-resistant polypropylene that's safe to use in temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Handles molded into each side provide an ergonomic grip, while the rack's smooth sides and rounded corners reduce discomfort when carrying the rack. This half-size unit measures 19 3⁄4 inches wide by 9 7⁄8 inches deep by 8 7⁄8 inches high and features a soft gray base that can be used in color-coded systems for inventory management.
