To promote air circulation as patient meal delivery domes or plate covers are drying, the Cambro CPMU243675DDPKG Camshelving® Premium mobile drying unit is comprised of four levels sporting 10 dome cradles each. Each dome cradle is made of durable, dishwasher-safe, high-impact ABS plastic and features (10) 3 1⁄16-inch-wide slots that accommodate a dome or plate cover. Overall, this unit holds 100 domes.
The Cambro CPMU243675DDPKG mobile dome drying and storage rack includes two factory-assembled post kits to simplify setup. Because the post kits and traverses are made of solid steel coated with smooth, reinforced polypropylene, this unit resists corroding and rusting in wet, humid, or damp settings, such as dishrooms and walk-ins. To accommodate differently sized domes and plate covers, the traverses can be removed and adjusted in 4-inch increments. This 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 75-inch-tall unit is positioned on four non-marking swivel casters featuring total-locking brakes to provide smooth mobility during transport.
