Cambro CP2632443 Description
Designed with food-safe freezable gel insulation, the Cambro CP2634223 Camchiler® cold plate extends cold holding times for at least four hours in Cambro EPP260 and EPP280 GoBox™ insulated food carriers. Operators can freeze this piece overnight and place it on the carrier's rails for optimal temperatures. After use, it can be washed in a dishmachine, then stacked with other units for compact storage. Overall, this half-size plate measures 12 4⁄5 inches long by 10 2⁄5 inches wide by 1 1⁄5 inches high.
