This 19³⁄₄-inch-wide by 19³⁄₄-inch-deep by 4-inch-high structure features an open interior so water, soap, and air can pass through for efficient sanitizing and drying. Its closed exterior walls protect dishware from contamination. Because it's made of durable, chemical-resistant polypropylene that endures temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, it's safe to use in commercial dishmachines daily. Its cranberry red base can be incorporated in color-coded systems to manage inventory.
