Although the Cambro 978SFVS191 Versa Camcover® can be exposed to temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit, it remains cool to the touch to reduce the risk of injury. This lightweight cover fits over a 9 7⁄8-inch square plate to prevent heat from escaping the food inside. Its fiberglass construction is dishwasher safe as well as odor, dent, and stain resistant for high-volume use.
