Cambro 94CW148 Description
Engineered to withstand daily use and temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro 94CW148 Camwear® food pan is made of durable polycarbonate. This plastic resists stains, odors, and acids to preserve food taste and freshness, and its 4-inch-deep, ninth-size design accommodates 0.9 quarts of product. To secure it in place on a food bar or prep station, its perimeter is lined with a 1⁄2-inch flange. Its textured bottom prevents damage from scratches, while its nonstick interior helps reduce food waste.
