It remains cool to the touch to reduce injury, and it’s lighter and quieter than metal covers. For a cohesive look with common decorative themes, it features an antique parchment appearance. While its inner diameter is 9 11⁄16 inches, its outer height is 2 3⁄4 inches to fit over a circular plate.
