Its durable fiberglass construction withstands high-volume use in busy restaurants and hotels, and it's safe to wash in a high-temperature dishmachine for convenient cleaning. After sanitization, it can be stacked with other trays; stacking lugs built into the bottom secure it in place while expediting drying.
