The Cambro 725CWNR148 plastic salad plate is 7 1⁄4 inches in diameter with a narrow rim to maximize its surface area. Durable for high-volume applications, the plate is made of polycarbonate and has a scratch-resistant, textured surface that hides wear and tear. To prevent stains, the surface is nonporous, so it won't absorb sauces. This plate is white with a smooth, glossy finish.
