The Cambro 66CW148 sixth-size Camwear® food pan can be stacked neatly in a prep table to hold 2.4 quarts of sauces and toppings. It's bend and dent resistant while withstanding temperatures of -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit due to its durable polycarbonate construction. The interior features a nonstick surface that reduces food waste and facilitates cleaning.
