Designed to fit into a sixth-size pan, the Cambro 65CLRHP150 H-Pan™ colander measures 6 15⁄16 inches long by 6 3⁄8 inches wide by 5 inches deep. It improves food quality and holding times by draining grease and moisture away from food. Safe for both low- and high-temperature applications, it withstands temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. After use, it can be safely cleaned in a commercial warewasher.
