Made from polycarbonate, the Cambro 62CW148 Camwear® sixth-size food pan is a good option for food prep stations, pizza kitchens, and ice cream shops. With its 1.1-quart-capacity, 2 1⁄2-inch-deep structure, users can see what is in the pan even when the contents are low. Its nonstick surface helps remove food when it's scooped out or when the pan is cleaned. The rectangular structure stacks securely on top of other pans so they will not topple in storage.
