To access contents, the lid flips open and reduces cross contamination, while the notch enables utensils to be left in pan. Withstanding temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, the cover is stackable to maximize space. It is compatible with sixth-size pans.

    "Ok, Since I cant do a dual rating here is a reasoning. (2) Stars because 2 cambro containers were in rough shape - like used - going in trash (5) Stars because (6) in a separate box were in new condition. (1) Star for the damaged shipping box"
