Cambro 46HP150 Description
Safe in temperatures between -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro 46HP150 H-Pan™ food pan is made of high-temperature plastic. Due to its construction, the pan can be used for flash freezing and retherming food in a single container. It is quarter size and has a 4-inch depth, providing the capacity for 3.9 quarts of product. To streamline inventory management, the pan has standard and metric graduation marks molded into the sides. The pan's smooth interior is nonstick, promoting food removal to increase product yield and streamline cleaning. Stackable with other fourth-size pans, this unit is stick resistant and maximizes space in storage areas.
