Cambro 34HP150 Description
Designed for heated applications, the Cambro 34HP150 H-Pan™ third-size food pan is made of high-temperature plastic that withstands damage between temperatures of -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit, so it works well for operators that want to flash freeze and reheat in one vessel. The pan resists bending, denting, and cracking, and the interior is smooth to provide a nonstick finish that eases cleaning and maximizes yield of product. To ensure inventory management is precise and efficient, the pan has graduated measurement markings in standard and metric units. This third-size pan measures 4 inches deep and is compatible with standard food bars and prep tables. It can be stacked with pans of the same size in storage operations to save space.
