Cambro 20CWD135 Description
The Cambro 20CWD135 Camwear® half-size drain shelf is made of a clear polycarbonate that resists dents and cracks while lifting food out of juices and liquids. A finger notch helps the user conveniently place and remove it from the bottom of a food pan. It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal for prepped produce or foods that release liquids.
