Cambro 1826LTC401 Description
The Cambro 1826LTC401 Camcart® insulated food carrier can hold (13) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or trays with 1 3⁄4-inch spacing between each one. Polyurethane foam insulation keeps heat around the food to maintain its temperature as long as possible, and to prevent heat from leaking out, the door has a gasket. Keeping the door closed, a latch is integrated into the unit.
Strong for heavy use, the carrier is made of one-piece polyethylene, and casters on this Cambro 1826LTC401 non-heated carrier provide mobility, meaning it can be moved from the kitchen to serving areas. For optimal control while transporting the cart, a horizontal handle is integrated into the back, and a removable cutting board on the top creates a convenient prep space.
