Cambro 1826LBC401 Description
To keep meals ready to serve during transport, the Cambro 1826LBC401 Camcart® food carrier has supports that can hold five 18-inch by 26-inch food boxes. Plastic door latches ensure the contents are held safely inside, and because the walls are insulated with polyurethane foam, hot dishes are kept hot and cold items stay cold. This unit's slate blue polyethylene construction resists breaking and cracking, and its door's venting plug releases excess humidity to prevent soggy food. Dishes can be plated on the removable cutting board on top, while the unit stays in place with a locking caster. For precise movement, the Cambro 1826LBC401 food carrier has a rear handle and two front swivel casters.
