Cambro 16CW148 Description
This Cambro 16CW148 Camwear® food pan is made of durable, stain-, acid-, and odor-resistant polycarbonate. A full-size pan, it measures 20 7⁄8 inches long by 12 3⁄4 inches wide by 6 inches deep to accommodate 20.6 quarts of product. Molded-in graduations provide accurate measurements so operators can gauge inventory, while its nonstick interior minimizes waste when users scoop out product. To fit securely into a prep table or food bar, its perimeter is lined with a 1⁄2-inch flange.
