It's made of fiberglass—a durable, lightweight construction that's resistant to stains, odors, and scratches. Blending in well with tropical or themed locations, the tray is a bright mustard yellow that can promote brand awareness. It's suitable for use in a commercial dishwasher but shouldn't be used with a heated food cart or broiler.
