With a 16-inch diameter, the Cambro 1550513 serving Camtray® can be used for high-volume service in restaurant dining rooms. To support heavy use, the tray is made of durable fiberglass that has a lightweight feel that's comfortable to carry. This material also won't easily retain odors or stain. After service, it can be washed in a dishmachine, and it comes in bay leaf brown for use in a variety of design schemes.
