For everyday use in cafeterias or buffets, it's made of lightweight, high-impact fiberglass with contoured handles to help users carry it. The 20 1⁄4-inch-long by 15-inch-wide structure is rectangular with plenty of space to hold dishes and drinkware. It comes in a bright Cambro red and is built with stacking lugs for secure stacking in storage.
