The Cambro 1418H513 Camtray® dietary tray's bay leaf brown appearance can blend in with neutral color schemes to improve food presentation. To preserve its look over time, its smooth surface resists stains. It's made of lightweight, high-impact, reinforced fiberglass; its contoured side handles are comfortable to hold while carrying the tray. It measures 18 inches long by 14 inches wide, so variously sizes of dinnerware can be placed on the tray for versatility in buffets and cafeterias. After being cleaned in a dishwasher, its stacking lugs enable it to be stacked with other trays to organize storage.
