Cambro 12HPH150 Description
Great for holding as many as 8 9⁄10 quarts of crispy, battered foods at high temperatures in single-sided and pass-thru hot holding units, the Cambro 12HPH150 H-Pan™ food pan withstands temperatures as high as 375 degrees Fahrenheit. To enhance uniformity in warming, its flat base maximizes contact with the unit's heating elements. This piece resists bending and denting to minimize replacement frequency in fast-paced settings. For quick identification, its translucent body is amber—a color universally known in foodservice for its compatibility with high-heat holding and warming. This 20 7⁄8-inch-long by 12 3⁄4-inch-wide by 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size pan is built with two reinforced, textured handles that ensure a secure grasp as users insert and retrieve the pan. To minimize water buildup on the handles after a dishwasher cycle, they're built with drain holes.
