For splitting the tray into sections to promote sorting, the Cambro 1116429 tray insert works well for cafeteria trays at schools and food courts. It’s designed to work with Cambro 1622 cafeteria trays, each of which can hold two inserts at once. The insert is made of durable fiberglass and boasts a clean key lime appearance.
