The container is insulated with foamed polyurethane to retain hot and cold temperatures, and molded-in handles enable comfortable transport. Its lid is secured with plastic latches, which are fastened to the container with metal blacking plates. The two-position, recessed faucet prevents spills since it is drip proof.

For maximum efficiency, the Cambro 100LCD158 beverage carrier should be preheated or prechilled before use, and it can effectively store hot or cold beverages for as long as 4 hours.
