Review this product!
Not what I expected
It looks nice, however the LED lighting and magnification is not acceptable. I already have a cheap makeup mirror that does a better job. I tried to return this item but was told it couldnot be returned.
We're sorry to hear the mirror didn't meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when the lighting and magnification aren't performing the way you'd hoped. This model is designed for commercial hospitality use, and manufacturer warranty coverage typically does not apply in residential settings. That said, we'd still like the opportunity to review your order and see what options may be available. Please reach out to help@katom.com with your order details so our team can take a closer look.
