The Alto-Shaam HSM-24/3S/T hot food merchandiser displays packaged rotisserie chicken, boxed personal pizzas, and ready-to-eat meals at warm, safe serving temperatures for hours. Fanless Halo Heat® technology surrounds merchandised goods with mild, low-intensity temperatures to preserve moisture and flavor without humidity. Its three heated shelves feature individual thermostatic controls and heat-on indicator lights, accommodating a wide product range in a single unit. Together, the shelves accommodate 48 pounds, and each shelf can support six chicken boats with dome covers.
For placement near point-of-sale areas, the Alto-Shaam HSM-24/3S/T heated shelf merchandiser measures 24 inches wide by 27 1⁄4 inches deep by 45 7⁄8 inches high, while its LED-lighted shelves improve product visibility. Operators can customize branding, interchange backlit graphics, and incorporate pricing rails to draw attention to the unit.
