Alto-Shaam 500-3D-QS Description
Made of stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam 500-3D Halo Heat® warming drawer works well in commercial kitchens, and it is flexible to install, with options for stacking and in-counter mounting. The controls are straightforward, consisting of a power button, digital display, and up and down keys. Using the keys, operators can precisely set the temperature at a level between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the digital controls quickly counteract drops in temperature, ensuring food stays at the correct level. Its Halo Heat system handles food with care, warming it without cooking it and ruining the texture. For efficient cleaning, the drawer pans can be removed and washed separately.
