Electrolux Professional 600520 Description
The Electrolux 600520 bench-style cutter and mixer features a compact design measuring 10 1⁄16 inches wide by 16 5⁄8 inches deep by 20 9⁄16 inches tall. The compressed size enables the machine to be moved around the kitchen as needed, and eases storage after use. The cutter is made to process food products using a microtooth rotor blade, and it comes with a stainless steel bowl featuring a 7 2⁄5-quart capacity to hold food during processing. The bowl has a transparent plastic lid that has a funnel-shaped hole in the top—ideal for adding ingredients into the unit with ease. Both the bowl, lid, and blade are dishwasher safe.
The stainless steel-housed motor of the Electrolux 600520 vegetable cutter and mixer is controlled using the water-tight and color-coded panel. Users can employ the panel to pace the rate at which the blade spins; the blade can spin at a variable speed range between 300 and 3,700 revolutions per minute. The control panel also features on, off, and pulse buttons. To help prevent accidents and injuries, the cutter is supplied with a base-fixed cover.
