For a slip-resistant grip during stirring and muddling, the Barfly M37019GD bar spoon features a twisted handle. Its stainless steel construction is coated in a gold-plated finish to add an elegant accent to drink service; to preserve this finish, the spoon should be cleaned by hand. One end of the spoon sports a muddler to mash drink ingredients, such as fruit and herbs, and mix them into the drink. For thorough mixing in tall mixing glasses, it's 15 3⁄4 inches long.
