Mercer Culinary M20000 Description
The Mercer Culinary M20000 six-piece knife set comes with a stainless steel and tempered glass knife block that holds a 5-inch utility knife, 8-inch bread knife, 8-inch chef’s knife, 6-inch boning knife, and 3 1⁄2-inch paring knife. Each knife blade is of made of high-carbon German steel, with black, nonslip Santoprene® handles that establish a firm grip. These knives should be handwashed, as dishwashers may dull the blades.
